• The data below shows the top 10 addresses in each town with the highest median resale prices. For each address, the lease commence date, no. of transactions and the median prices of all transactions at that address are indicated.

• 4RM units at 311A/B/C Clementi Avenue 4 changed hands 46 times in 2020, the most of the top 10 addresses with highest median resale prices. 10A Boon Tiong Road, 476B Upper Serangoon View, 525A/C Pasir Ris Street 51, 308A Punggol Walk, 90/92 Dawson Road and 523C Tampines Central 7 are other addresses/ blocks where units were transacted more than 10 times despite high median resale prices.

• 5RM units at 415C Fernvale Link changed hands 12 times in 2020, the most of the lot. Units at 311A/C Clementi were also popular.
