• The data below shows the 10 addresses in each town with the lowest median resale prices. For each address, the lease commence date, no. of transactions and the median prices of all transactions at the respective addresses are indicated.

• Some of the cheapest 4RM transactions in 2020 have been in Yishun and Woodlands. Several 4RM units transacted in the Central region have gone for under $500,000. Ranging from $530,000 - $700,000, the cheapest transactions in Bukit Timah are more expensive than its equivalent (bottom 10) transactions in almost every other town.

• 5RM units at several addresses have transacted at a median price of below $400,000 in Chua Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang, Jurong West, Punggol, Sembawang, Sengkang, Woodlands and Yishun.
